the last thirty years Philip Hamilton has been in the real estate
financing business, with eighteen of those years located in Bend,
Oregon. He has run the mortgage divisions for: The Bank of the
Cascades, Columbia River Bank and West Coast Bank; before going out
on his own. Currently, he is owner of Meridian Financial, which he
established two years ago. Phil is also a long term contributing
editor for the local Bend Business Paper, Cascade Business News
and has been an active member in many community non-profit
organizations over the years.

Tiburon, California, Sophie made her way to Bend in 2000 with the intention
of starting a high-end residential development company with her
husband. With that dream

degree in Pre-Law and International Relations and ownership of a
successful marketing and graphic design firm serve as foundations
for her real estate career. Buying
